President's Desk

It is a privilege for me to serve as President of the North Carolina Employment and Training Association and to represent the Association throughout North Carolina.  Thank you for giving me that opportunity.

As the oldest employment and training association in the nation, we have a history of providing quality, affordable and accessible staff development and training for the membership.  We have a long term commitment to continue this tradition of excellent training.  For this purpose, our Board offers a yearly conference with structured workshops and renowned presenters and speakers.  This conference gives everyone a chance to network and learn about innovative programs as well as receive clarification on all the changes we have to cope with every year.

Our NCETA Board of Directors is comprised of a diverse group of professionals representing all levels of workforce development in North Carolina.  We need you and all of the workforce development professionals in the state to become part of our NCETA Team and help us meet the challenges of our future as we make a difference in the lives of so many people.   Thanks for everything you do.
