President’s Message
This year, our workforce is continually challenged by the effects of economic recession in a global economy and the rise of technology as we move toward increased sustainability of our natural resources. Education and Training are equalizing factors. North Carolina Employment and Training Association strives to provide members professional development through an annual conference aimed at providing information and best practices to our members, North Carolinas’ workforce professionals.NCETA seeks to put the membership in the forefront to workforce development issues in North Carolina and the Nation. It is through active membership that workforce professionals can keep current on important issues in education and training as we move our workforce forward.
